NOVA Spektrum has exclusive rights to all serving and sales of food and beverages at NOVA Spektrum.
Food and beverages may not be brought into the stand by exhibitors or other tenants.

Alcohol may only be served from designated serving areas and locations where NOVA Spektrum holds a license for this.

Bringing your own alcohol to stands is not permitted.

All alcohol service must be handled by NOVA Spektrum personnel, who must be hired if serving from a stand is desired.
Applications and orders for alcohol service at a stand must be submitted to us at least 3 weeks before the event starts.

Orders for food and beverages must be placed no later than 5 days before the event starts.

For orders placed after 5 business days, we cannot guarantee the full menu will be available.

Cancellation deadline is 72 hours before service – cancellations after 72 hours will be invoiced in full.

All prices are quoted including VAT.

We reserve the right to make changes to the menu and prices.

We do not send invoices to foundations, organizations, sole proprietorships, or companies registered abroad. We reserve the right to perform a credit check on your company.

NOVA Spektrum reserves the right to issue advance invoices for orders over NOK 100 000,-

For orders under NOK 2,500, a delivery fee of NOK 250 will apply. Orders above this amount are delivered free of charge.
