We make it easy to host meetings and conferences

Conference & Event is our dedicated meeting and conference department, offering modern meeting rooms and high-quality dining experiences. We also provide spaces that can be built out for larger customer events and activities.

This means you can easily combine meetings and conferences with product displays or other space-demanding activities.

Studio N is our largest meeting and conference hall.

It’s a spacious venue located just steps away from our cozy dining spot, Lillestrøm Lobby.

A companion is admitted free of charge upon presentation of a companion certificate and does not need a ticket. The person being accompanied must purchase a regular ticket on our website or at the ticket counter.

How to give away a ticket if you have multiple tickets on your profile, they will be listed under Tickets. Please send the ticket to those who will be visiting the fair.

How to do it

  • Select Tickets in the menu.
  • Select the ticket you want to give away by clicking Give away ticket.
  • Enter the recipient’s email address and click Give away.

How the recipient does it

  • The recipient will receive an email from noreply@novaspektrum.no with instructions to log in and activate the ticket.

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets to cultural or sports events, even if the tickets are purchased online.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be contacted by NOVA Spektrum or the organiser regarding the refund of your tickets. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded except for the ticket provider’s service fee specified on the ticket. Apart from these cases, tickets are non-refundable.


Parking
We have 2,200 parking spaces, with fees applicable every day 00:00–24:00.
If your vehicle occupies two parking spaces (motorhome, van, car with trailer, etc.), you will be charged for both spaces.

Vehicles under 3,500 kg (also applies to trailers/mopeds/scooters, etc.)
Per started hour NOK 75,-
Max price per continuous parking within 24 hours NOK 438,-

Vehicles over 3,500 kg
Per started hour NOK 150,-
Max price per continuous parking within 24 hours NOK 856,-

Disabled parking
Disabled parking is available in zones C and F, for a fee.

Charging stations for electric cars
We have 10 charging stations for electric cars in zone A, for a fee.

Payment options
Autopay, card, or mobile.

NOVA Spektrum is a 10-minute walk from Lillestrøm station.

Train
VY has several departures per hour from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Travel time is 11 minutes from Oslo S and 12 minutes from Oslo Airport.

Airport Express Train
The Airport Express Train takes 12 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Lillestrøm station.

Bus
From Lillestrøm bus terminal, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to NOVA Spektrum.

NOVA Spektrum is wheelchair accessible. We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan. If you wish to borrow a wheelchair, send an email to service@novaspektrum.no

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition centre. Exceptions are guide dogs. Some fairs allow dogs—see information on the individual fair. See Events
