CONDITIONS:

NOVA Spektrum has exclusivity for all serving and sale of food and drink at NOVA Spektrum. Food and drink cannot be brought onto the beach by exhibitors or other tenants.
02.
Alcohol is only allowed to be served from catering establishments and those places where NOVA Spektrum has a liquor license for this.
03.
Bringing alcohol is not permitted at the stands.
04.
All alcohol serving must be handled by personnel from NOVA Spektrum who must be hired if serving from a stand is desired.
Applications and orders for alcohol service at the stand must be sent to us at least 3 weeks before the event starts.
05.
Food and drink must be ordered within 5 days before the event starts.
06.
When ordering after 5 working days, we cannot guarantee to offer the entire menu.
07.
Cancellation deadline 72 hours before serving – cancellations after 72 hours will be invoiced in full.
08.
All prices are stated incl. VAT.
09.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the menu and prices.
10.
We do not send invoices to foundations, organisations, sole traders and companies registered abroad. We reserve the right to credit check your company.
11.
NOVA Spektrum reserves the right to pre-invoice orders over NOK 100,000,-
12.
A delivery fee of NOK 250 applies to orders under NOK 2,500. Orders above this amount are delivered free of charge.
