Regulations for food and beverages during events at Nova Spektrum

1. ORDERING FOOD AND BEVERAGES
When ordering food and beverages (via order form or through MyStand), a confirmation will be sent once the order has been received. This order can be updated until it has been approved by us. An approval will be sent by email to the person placing the order once it is approved. An approved order is binding and can no longer be changed in MyStand. Questions related to changes after approval must be directed to servering@novaspektrum.no.

2. CHARGE ACCOUNT
Your company may set up a charge account for orders of food and beverages for your stand and for your employees at our dining venues during the event. We will then send a consolidated invoice afterward. This account can be used at all dining venues operated by NOVA Spektrum. Please provide the full company name, invoice address, and organization number in the email. The prerequisite for a charge account is approved credit. Upon approval, you will receive a 6-digit code that must be provided for each transaction. It is up to your company to decide how many people have access to this code. Everyone using the account must provide the assigned code. The deadline for setting up a charge account is 2 weeks before the event.

3. SERVING ALCOHOL AT STANDS
All serving of alcohol is regulated by Norwegian alcohol laws and controlled by the municipality. NOVA Spektrum holds a license to serve alcohol in all our restaurants. This means we are subject to regulations regarding alcohol on our premises. As an exhibitor, you must contact NOVA Spektrum if you wish to serve alcohol at your stand. We have solutions that allow alcohol to be served at stands—please contact us to see if this is possible for you. This applies to all alcohol distributed at stands (including samples). Alcohol not purchased through us will unfortunately be confiscated, as bringing your own alcohol is not permitted under Norwegian alcohol laws.

4. SERVING FOOD
Serving and handling of food is regulated and controlled by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet). All external catering must be approved by us, in accordance with the contract with NOVA Spektrum. If you wish to use an external supplier for catering, this must be agreed with us well in advance, at the latest two weeks before the start of the event. The sale of food is not permitted without a separate agreement with NOVA Spektrum.

5. SAMPLES OF BEVERAGES, SNACKS, ETC
Snacks, candy, and non-alcoholic hot and cold beverages in small tasting cups (maximum 6 cl) may be served/offered from your stand without prior permission or approval from us. Please feel free to contact us in advance for clarification and suitable solutions.
