Delivery address for freight
Consignments for the exhibition must be addressed as follows:

All consignments, including courier deliveries, must be accompanied by freight documentation. Please send pre-advice by fax or e-mail. Remember to bring a copy of the bill of lading/airway bill/CMR.
Please notice that all international shipments must be followed by an invoice, unless ATA Carnet is used.
Goods for temporary- and permanent import (i.e. brochures, give-aways, sales items) must be on separate invoices.
Invoice address must show the full name and address of shipper, the shipments actual contents, value, shipping terms and if it is for temporary use in Norway.
Invoice for goods for permanent importation must also contain the full name and address of exhibitor, if different from shipper.
Transport: through their global network DHL offers integrated services and tailored customer solutions in the automotive, marine, air and express freight. They also offer everything from local transport to complete solutions.
Freight arriving before the assembly period: will be held in storage and placed on your stand on the day that assembly starts. Freight which arrives during the assembly period will be delivered directly to the stand.
Ordering forklifts: To ensure that we have sufficient staff and the right equipment to hand, it is important that you let us know your requirements for forklift assistance by the specified deadline for ordering stand equipment (products/services).
Particularly heavy freight: We normally only have forklifts available for weights up to 3 500 kilograms. Units able to handle more than 3 500 kilograms must be specifically ordered.
Rental of hand pallet trucks, forklifts and crane trucks: please contact DHL for more information.
Customs clearance/forwarding: DHL provides customs clearance, both permanent and temporary, of consignments for all exhibitions. Please contact DHL for more information.
Packaging/empty containers: To order, please contact the Exhibitor Service in the main promenade or at the DHL office in the rig area (behind the exhibition centre). Empty packaging will be collected from your stand and returned to it when the exhibition is over (disassembly). Unlabelled packaging on your stand the evening before the exhibition opens will be disposed of automatically by the cleaning staff.
Goods to be returned: Handling of goods to be returned to the exhibitor’s address or for onward transport must be booked at the DHL office in the rig area (behind the exhibition centre). You will then be issued with address labels for attachment to the consignment. If you have contracted with another transport company to handle return/onward transport of your goods, you must contact that company yourself.
Uncollected goods: will be removed, at the exhibitor’s expense, to DHL’s warehouse after the end of the disassembly period.
Postal packages sent via the Norwegian Bring service or other parcel carriers must be addressed as follows:

Please note that somebody must be present on the stand when the Bring/parcel delivery person arrives. If the stand is unstaffed, the package will be returned to our local “post office in the shop” office, which is the Kiwi store in Stillverksveien (applies only to packages sent with the Bring service).

Letters weighing less than two kilograms and sent by conventional letter post must be addressed as follows:

Please note that post is not collected at the weekends. You should calculate two days for delivery in Norway and five days in the Nordic region.
